Yes. You are required to make a 25% deposit upon bookings of all events. All deposits are non-refundable.
You can pay your deposit using your debit or credit card. Your balance can be paid in cash, debit, or credit card. If you are a company, church, school, or other organization please contact us for information on your payment options.

We deliver all over the country. Delivery fees are quoted on a per-job basis. Our primary service area is the Springfield, MO area.
In general there needs to be a 2 foot buffer around the entire unit. We refer to this as the “Safe Zone”. Your event coordinator will help assist with site layouts.
Each unit requires a 110V (standard) outlet. A dedicated outlet is preferred. Each outlet must be located within 100 feet of each unit. Generators may be rented upon request if either of these conditions cannot be met. Some equipment requires more than one electrical hookup. Generators are not included with each rental. They are an additional cost if needed.
This is where we excel the most! All of our events put a real focus on engagement. We want every one of your guests to feel like the event was put on just for them!!! Ask us about some of our special options for those hard-to-please ages.
Inflatables can be set up on grass, gravel, dirt, cement, or asphalt. Please indicate surface type with your reservation. Large slides and other certain equipment must be set up on grass. Please call with any questions. We do not set up equipment on sand.
Yes. The area needs to be large and tall enough to accommodate each inflatable. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Yes! All of our units are cleaned before and after every event. We also inspect each unit prior to use, and maintain meticulous inspection records for every piece of equipment.
Most rentals and events are between 3-4 hours. Additional hours may be negotiated upon booking. Some equipment, such as photo booths, are an hourly charge, based on the cost of the equipment and supplies.
No, not for normal usage. However, if excessive cleaning is needed, a minimum fee of $50 will be assessed.
An Amberg Events logistics representative will be reaching out to you soon to begin the process of making sure your event goes off without a hitch. Our picnic clients will work closely with our logistics team to make sure every detail is covered so that you can relax on the day of the event!
Most picnics are planned 4-6 months in advance. Companies that plan a year out have the best opportunities to get what they want (location, entertainment, etc)
No, not every bounce company is insured. Do not use a company without insurance! Amberg Events will not compromise when it comes to doing the right thing!

Yes! Amberg Events is a fully insured company. We will provide a copy of the insurance policy upon request. Municipalities, schools, churches, and other venues may contact us in advance to make the proper arrangements.
